Lapidary Hub is the trading name of Australian Lapidary Supplies, a business operated by Amaport Pty Limited, a private company registered in Australia (ABN 33 003 792 765). We sell lapidary tools and equipment to customers within Australia.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you’re making an offer to purchase the listed products at the listed price. We’ll send you an order confirmation email, but this confirms we’ve received your order — not that we’ve accepted it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, in which case we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

All prices on Lapidary Hub are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately at checkout, in line with our Shipping Policy. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors can occur. If a pricing error is identified after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel the order for a full refund if you don’t wish to continue at the corrected price.

Lapidary equipment — including saws, grinders, and polishing machines — involves moving parts, abrasives, and in some cases water or electrical components. You’re responsible for using equipment purchased from Lapidary Hub in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and any applicable safety standards. We strongly recommend reading all included documentation and using appropriate safety equipment (eye protection, hearing protection, dust masks) before operating any lapidary machinery.
8. Intended use
